Suggest a better descriptionSTEP 1 Coat the chicken strips with beaten egg.
STEP 2 Combine the bread crumbs, flour and Cajun Herb & Spice Blend in a large plastic bag. Add the chicken strips and shake vigorously until evenly coated.
STEP 3 Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the coated chicken until crispy and brown on each side.
Serve with chips & peas.
For a different taste I used a Duck breast fillet.
