Crunchy Romaine Toss Salad

Ready in 45 minutes

Romaine Salad


1 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 package Ramen Noodles; Uncooked, broken up - discard flavor packet
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 bunch Broccoli; coarsely chopped
4 stems Green Onions
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
3 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
To Taste To Taste Salt and Pepper
1 head Romaine Lettuce; Washed and Broken into Pieces

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



Brown Walnuts and noodles in butter; cool on paper towels. Combine noodles and walnuts with broccoli, romaine and onions. Serve with Sweet and Sour Dressing.

Sweet and Sour Dressing: Blend Oil, Sugar, Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Salt and Pepper.
