easy make ahead breakfast
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut sausage into 1/2 inch cubes.
3. place eggs, cream mustard, salt and pepper into a large bowl. whisk until smooth
4. Stir in sausage, 1 cup of cheese and green pepper. Pour misture into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
5. bake 40 -45 minutes or until eggs ar set. sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
