Suggest a better descriptionWhisk flour, salt and yeast together in a large bowl. Mix in the water. Dough will look like a soggy mess. Cover with plastic, let set for 12-18 hours on counter top. After 12 hours the dough will look pretty sticky - that is ok.
Preheat oven to 450. Place pot with lid in the oven for 30 minutes. Dump the dough out onto a heavily floured surface, shaping it into a round ball. This will rest for 30 minutes while the pot is heating. Cover with plastic wrap.
Remove pot from the oven, drop the dough in the pot. Cover the pot with lid and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid from the pot and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from pot and place on cooling rack.
