Crusty French White Bread, 2 pound
CYCLE: Basic or French (Delay bake can be used)
Light or Medium Crust setting
Measure ingredients into the bread pan in order listed or according to manufacture's directions.
Set Cycle, Loaf Size, and Crust Setting. Press Start.
About 5 minutes into kneading, check consistency of dough. If dough is not a soft ball open lid with machine on. Add warm water 1 tablespoon at a time if too dry. Or, Add flour 1 tablespoon at a time if too wet.
Remove bread promptly from pan when machine beeps cycle complete. Cool on rack before slicing.
