Preheat oven to 325*. Grease bottom of 9"X13" pan.
Slice rolls in half. Line bottom of pan with bottom half of rolls.
Layer meat, cheese and pickles. Top with top half of rolls.
Whisk together minced onion, melted butter and Dijon mustard. Spoon over sandwiches.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes or until rolls are toasted.
