Easy black beans
saute bell pepper, onion, garlic and oregano in preheated oiled medium nonstick pan over medium heat (about 5 minutes)
Add 2/3 cup of the beans to the pan
Mash beans with fork or potato masher.
Stir in remaining ingredients
cover pan and simmer until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally (about 10 minutes)
Salt and pepper to taste.
For pouring over rice, add extra broth
