Hearty delicious soup your family will LOVE!
Bring chicken broth and water to a boil in a large pot. In a separate pan brown stew beef in butter. Move cooked beef to pot and sauté onions and minced garlic in beef drippings.
Add chopped carrots, celery and sautéed onions to boiling broth.
Cut up and brown sausage in pan then add it to the broth.
Add pasta and tomatoes.
A little sugar (optional)
Salt & pepper
Cover and continue boil for 30 min, then reduce to simmer until beef is tender.
