Take 4 slices of white bread at a time and cut off the crusts. Cut the bread into 4 pieces and place on a large platter. Continue until your platter or platters are filled. Spread mayo onto each slice, don't be stingy. Then slice your cucumber fairly thin and place onto the bread with mayo. To finish, sprinkle the lemon pepper all over the tops of the cuc's. That's it! Makes a lot with only 1 loaf of bread and 1 cucumber! All my friends go crazy over these. I've never had one left over!!!
