Great for holiday snacking
Combine cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sour cream, basil & chives in a food processor until the herbs are evenly incorporated. Add more sour cream if needed to soften the mixture. Salt & pepper to taste. Place in a pastry bag with a large star tip on the end. Pipe in a round circle onto cucumber rounds. Top with a halved grape tomato & sprinkle with parsley.
