Ready in 45 minutes
Wring out excess cucumber juice in a clean towel. Cream
cheese with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add cucumber, onion
and seasonings. Use more mayonnaise if needed for spreading
consistency. Spread sandwiches; cover with damp towel.
Refrigerate several hours before serving. Filling can be kept
in refrigerator for several days in airtight container.
Sparky2000 3y agoGreat recipe :)!! Tweaked it a bit, using chives, parsley and dill from my garden. Served it on pumpernickle, cut it into bite size peices, and everyone loved it! Thanks for posting this dawnrw!
