2 lb Beef round
1 Onion
2 Garlic
1/2 c Vinegar
4 Thick slices bacon
1 Carrot
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil

Original recipe makes 1



1. To dress the steak, make small incisions in the meat and insert pieces of carrot and bacon. 2. Fry the steak until golden on both sides. Add sufficient water and cook with the garlic, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper until the meat softens. 3.
