Delicious Curd Patty
For the pastry:
1. In a bowl mix the flour and 2/3 sugar.
2. Grate the margarine and then knead the mixture with a fork until it turns into small nubbins. But don't make them too small.
For the filling
1. In a bowl mix properly the eggs, curd and the left sugar.
Preparation
1. Put 1/2 of the pastry in a baking pan.
2. On it put the filling evenly
3. Put the rest of the pastry evenly
4. Bake at the temperature of 220C for about 40-50minutes
5. Enjoy it)
