Suggest a better descriptionfrom: Caribbean cookbook by Rita G. Springer Fry curry in margarine for 2 minutes. Peel and slice bananas, place in margarine and curry and brown lightly. Add pepper, salt and coconut milk and simmer gently for 1/2 hour. Stir in beaten egg. Serve with boiled rice.
