Suggest a better descriptionMix Tomatoes, chutney, apricot jam, vinegar, sugar, Bisto and Worcestershire sauce together in a jug.
Warm the oil and butter in a pan and mix in the curry and turmeric, stir continuously for 2 minutes.
Add onions and mince and cook till brown. Add the vegetables and the sauce mix. Simmer for half an hour.
Serve with rice, bananas and dessicated coconut.
