In a wok stir-fry onions until soft but not brown
Add turkey and warm,add korma sauce,pineapple and olives and warm
Warm wraps
Lay half the rocket and the cucumber sticks on each
Top with the ground turkey curry mix
Sprinkle with chopped mint
Wrap
Serve with a dip of your choice raita is a good one
Do not over cook when warming as it will dry out
