Czech Sauerkraut Soup

3 tb Flour
1 c Potatoes -- cubed
1 Egg yolk
1 c Sauerkraut
1 c Sour cream
2 tb Butter
Salt & pepper -- to taste
3 pt Water

Original recipe makes 4 Servings
