Preheat oven to 350.
Crust:
Cream butter, and sugar in bowl of electric mixer until fluffy. Mix flour and salt in another bowl. Add to butter mixture on low. Put dough on floured surface and roll into a ball. Flatten with flour on your hands and press into a 9x13x2 inch baking dish, making a 1/2" edge on all sides. Chill.
Bake crust for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Cook on wire rack.
Filling:
whisk eggs, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and flour. Pour over crust and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Let come to room temp.
Cut to desired shape and lightly coat with powdered sugar.
