Mild Georgia Style Sauce to Marinate and Grill Country Style Ribs.


8 pounds Pork
12 ounces Tomato Paste; 2 - 6 oz cans
32 ounces Tomato Sauce; 2 - 16 oz cans
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Red Pepper; crushed
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Mustard, Pepared, Yellow
1 cup Vinegar, red wine
1 cup Wine, Red
2 cups Applesauce
2 medium Onions; Chopped Finely
6 cloves Garlic; minced
1 bottle Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Honey
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Parsley; Dried Flake
1 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Green Onion; chopped Finely

Original recipe makes 16 Servings



1. Boil Ribs in water for 30 mins, drain.

2. Combine the green onions, soy sauce, parsley, olive oil, water, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic, onions, applesauce, wine, vinegar, mustard, black pepper, red pepper, salt, white sugar, and butter in a medium saucepan.

3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Stir in the tomato paste and tomato sauce until well blended.

4. Allow to cool. Marinate ribs overnight in sauce in refrigerator. Grill until Golden Brown crust.
