Ingredients

4 pounds Shrimp; peeled and de-veined
1/2 stick Butter
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Bell pepper
1/4 cup Onions
Green onion; tops & bottoms
Parsley; to taste
2 tablespoon Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Celery salt
1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins
1 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon Tony's
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
4 tablespoon Parmesan romano cheese
1/8 cup Flour; add more if you desire more thickness
1 14-oz can Chicken broth; (can use shrimp stock as a substitute)
1/2 teaspoon Liquid crab boil

Preparation

Melt butter and olive oil in saucepan. Add bell peppers, onions, green onions, parsley and garlic. Cook over medium-low heat until vegetables are tender. Then add the remaining seasonings and allow to cook for at leat 10 miumtes. Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are done. Serve over angel hair pasta.

Notes

Also might add white wine and/or white wine Lea & Perrins. Dad takes a lot of liberties with the ingredients.
