Suggest a better description1. Cut lobster and fish into bite size pieces and set aside. Also cut up clams, shrimp and scallops if they are too large.
2. In a heavy saucepan, sauté onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
3. Transfer to a large pot and add potatoes and enough water to cover, bring to a boil. Cook until tender.
4. Add haddock, salmon, scallops and shrimp, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
5. Add seasonings, cream, milk, lobster, and juice if canned, clams, and juice if canned. Gently stir together.
6. Heat thoroughly and serve.
