Garlic bread
1 preheat oven to 350
2 Cut top off garlic drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and roast in oven for 1 hour.
3 Squeeze garlic into mixing bowl add remaining ingredients through the Parmesan cheese.
4 when ready to prepare garlic bread preheat oven to 400
5 Spread garlic butter generously on each half of bread after splitting loaf. Place on baking sheet,bake until golden brown 8 to 12 minutes.
6 Top with basil, tomatoes and remaining Parmesan cheese
