Moist - great flavor for both banana and zucchini.


4 Tablespoons butter; melted
3 Eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups zucchini; shredded
2 bananas; mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla
1.5 cups white sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon clove

Original recipe makes 16 Servings



Combine all wet & dry separately. Pour dry into wet and mix through completely. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on pan size. Makes 2 large loaves. 8 generous slices each.

This bread was moist and very good, not overly sweet. I added chopped walnuts and an extra banana.

Family & neighbors/ KIDS, love this bread!!!! The best! Thank you for sharing your recipe. I made double batch & used 4 old bananas & 2 yellow, a little green bananas. Turned out absolutely wonderful!!!! Thanks again!!!!

Wow, super moist and very flavorful. I used 3 bananas and I still didn't taste it over the clove spice. I also made them into muffins instead of a loaf. Baked 20 min.
