Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 C white whole wheat flour, 4 T dark chocolate cocoa powder, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and a pinch of salt.
Then, add 2 eggs, 1 3/4 C milk, 1 T olive oil, 1 T honey and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well.
Whisk together the wet and dry ingredients.
Scoop, using a ladle, the proper amount of batter into a waffle maker according to your manufacturers directions.
Cook until done.
Serve warm with berry sauce.
