Sweet Potato with brown sugar topping
Filling::
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, 1/4 cup butter. Mix and pour into baking dish. (I use a 13x9 or you can divide it into two small pans and freeze one for later.)
Topping:
Mix pecans, brown sugar, remaining 1/4 cup butter, and self rising flour. Drop/spread on top of filling.
Bake until topping is light brown at 350 for 45-50 minutes
