My nephew's favorite bread, he loves the molasses flavor!
Put oats in large bowl; pour boiling water over oats and cool to warm.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add salt, butter, and molasses to oats, then add yeast.
Stir in flour, 2 cups at a time, until dough is fairly stiff and not very sticky (use 61/2 cups if necessary).
Let rise until double the starting size.
Divide into 2 loaves and place into 2 well-greased bread pans, spreading out the dough and letting it rise again.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool on rack.
