Slices of egg, filled with delicately spiced creamy goodness. Served cool.

Ingredients

18 Eggs
8 tablespoons Mayonnaise
5 tablespoon Miracle Whip
2 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard (like Gulden's)
2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoon White vinegar
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon White pepper
Paprika

Original recipe makes 36 Servings

Preparation

Place eggs in a large pot of cool water with plenty of salt. Bring water to a boil. Let water boil for 11 minutes. Remove from heater and let stand for 2 minutes.

Plunge the eggs in cold water. When eggs are cool enough, remove their shells and cut them in half lengthwise to remove the yolk. Place the yolks in a medium-size mixing bowl and mash them well.

Mix remaining ingedients into the mixing bowl with the yolks. Blend mixture until smooth. For easy prep, put the mixture into a plastic baggie & cut the end off, then squeeze into the egg.

Sprinkle with paprika. Place on bed of lettuce and/or garnish with parsley. Cool before serving.

Yum! Will definitely make again! I used a little bit of vinegar because our family doesn't like the taste, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. This is the perfect combo of ingredients for the yolk mixture. Thanks for posting!

Made these for Easter. So easy to make, and delicious! I switched it to 24 servings, since the 36 was too much, and luckily the change in measurements wasn't too weird. Will make again!
