Ready in 30 minutes
Slices of egg, filled with delicately spiced creamy goodness. Served cool.
Place eggs in a large pot of cool water with plenty of salt. Bring water to a boil. Let water boil for 11 minutes. Remove from heater and let stand for 2 minutes.
Plunge the eggs in cold water. When eggs are cool enough, remove their shells and cut them in half lengthwise to remove the yolk. Place the yolks in a medium-size mixing bowl and mash them well.
Mix remaining ingedients into the mixing bowl with the yolks. Blend mixture until smooth. For easy prep, put the mixture into a plastic baggie & cut the end off, then squeeze into the egg.
Sprinkle with paprika. Place on bed of lettuce and/or garnish with parsley. Cool before serving.
JStoley 4m agoYum! Will definitely make again! I used a little bit of vinegar because our family doesn't like the taste, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. This is the perfect combo of ingredients for the yolk mixture. Thanks for posting!

ladyhoffman 1y agoMade these for Easter. So easy to make, and delicious! I switched it to 24 servings, since the 36 was too much, and luckily the change in measurements wasn't too weird. Will make again!

jillybeargirl 2y agoSounds delicious, haven't made yet but if any of you have an electric pressure cooker, you can steam the eggs in it. They are the easiest eggs to peel EVER! I have an Instapot & if you go on their website you can find how to do soft to hardboiled eggs in there. Can't wait to try this recipe! Thanks for sharing!
