Suggest a better descriptionPlace the gelatin in a large heat-proof bowl and add the boiling water, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in the cold seltzer. Chill for 1 1/2 hours, or until slightly thickened. Add the oranges and strawberries, blending well. Pour into a 6-cup mold or 8 to 10 champagne glasses. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm. NOTE: If sparkling white grape-flavored gelatin isnt available, any flavor will work. Courtesy of Kraft Foods, Inc. NOTES : 8 to 10 servings
