Suggest a better descriptionBoil eggs, leave in warm water for a little, then run under cold water. Let soak in cold water for 10 minutes.
Shell eggs, cut in half, and separate yolks from whites.
Let cool.
Making the stuffing:
Using fork, mash the yolks to a paste.
Using food processor, chop walnuts and garlic.
Combine with yolks in bowl, add mayo and mix.
Should be consistency of mashed potatoes... taste to see about salt/pepper.
Should have a little kick from garlic to it, but not too much. Balance flavor using ingredients.
