Cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving grease. Use 6T bacon grease. Add flour to grease in saucepan -- blend until smooth. Gradually add scalded milk. Cook over low heat, stirring several minutes. Add mustard, poultry seasoning and cheese. Stir until smooth Layer in ovenproof pan: toasted bread, bacon, turkey, cheese sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350? about 15 minutes.
