Very Simple and effective recipe. As fast as it can be
Put your salmon filet on a pan that goes in the oven
Garnish with mustard (to my taste, almost a layer of 1 cm)
Garnish with shredded feta cheese or soft goat cheese
Add pepper
Cook for 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filet
