Easy on the oil & this is nice and light.
Cook pasta al dente, and drain without rinsing.
Heat oil and brown garlic. Add tuna (drained) and simmer for 5 minutes. Add capers, olives, tomatoes and simmer for 3 more minutes. Toss with pasta.
Serve sprinkled with parsely, grated Romano and fresh cracked pepper.
