Egg casserole
Beat eggs until lemon yellow. Mix flour, baking powder and salt into melted butter. Add to egg mixture. Stir in chilies, pimentos and cheeses.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
