All Natural Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
I used a 1.65 oz. 72% Dark Chocolate Bar. Melt chocolate in a bowl in microwave for about 50 seconds. Once its melted , scoop some out into 2 to 3 cupcake paper holders. Put those in the Freezer. Then I mix 4 Tbsp. Peanut Butter & 1 tsp. honey together. After about 10 mins take them out the freezer, scoop on your peanut butter mixture and the rest of the chocolate on top. Freeze for a last 30 mins.
