Drmrsguild's hot crab & cream cheese dip #1

This is an ok crab dip. It's very cheesy, slightly tangy, has a great bite, and a great mix of flavors. But, there's not a crab flavor to it, and it kind of leaves you unimpressed.


6.5 ounces crab meat
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
0.5 cup mayonnaise
1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic; minced super-fine
3 tablespoons green onions; minced super-fine
1 cup sharp cheddar

Original recipe makes 48



Mince the garlic, and onions, and break up the crab meat if necessary. Blend everything together in a mixer. Heat until bubbly, either in the microwave for around 2 minutes, or in the over at about 350 degrees, or in a little dipper mini crock pot.
