Spicy and delicious, a nice change on PP days!
Spray frypan or wok with oil and wipe off with paper towel
Add onion and beef mince and cook until slightly browned
Add garlic, soy sauce, onion powder, chilli, garlic, paprikas, all purpose seasoning, oyster sauce and worcestershire sauce - do not add hot chilli until very end unless you like it VERY HOT!
Add beef stock and simmer until well reduced
(If you are on cruise phase you can thicken with a little Corn flour as a tolerate)
Add Chilli and spring onion
Serve with lashings of natural yoghurt or fat free sour cream.
NB* If you are having this meal on a PV day you can add some tomato paste, fresh tomatoes, capsicum. YUMMO and serve will salad
