A basic dumpling that can be used for anything!! I like it in stew!
combine both flowers in a bowl blend in oil and salt slowly mix in water or for a better result use broth of stew that you intend to put in. Dough should hold its shape of molded but still be sticky. Using a spoon place small balls of dough into boiling stew simmer for 20 min. All dumplings should float. Serve
Crack one open before serving to ensure centre is cooked
