Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 375F
2) using basting brush, evenly baste the inside of the pie crust with the egg yok. Bake the basted piecrust in the ooven until it is golden brown (approx. 5 minutes).
3) In a large bowl, combine the apples, lemon juice, sugar, brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
4) Topping - Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar and margarine in a medium mixing bowl.
5) Using a fork, mix the ingredients until crumbly
6) Sprinkle topping over apple mixture in pie crust
7) Bake pie on a baking sheet until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbling (approx. 50 mins)
