Suggest a better descriptionIn a 9-inch nonstick pan, heat the butter until golden brown. Pour the eggs into the pan over medium high heat and cook until set on the bottom, about 2 to 3 minutes. Spread the duxelles over the eggs, sprinkle with the Parmesan, Swiss, and cheddar cheeses. Run under the broiler until bubbly. Slide out of the pan onto a serving platter.
