Try this Easiest Ever Baked Meatballs recipe, or contribute your own.
Prehat oven to 400F. Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with foil. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2" balls using a heaping tablespoonful of mixture for each. chngaling 2y agoGreat recipe and I luv the fact its done in the oven, to reduce fat. I must admit I did add a lot more seasoning for flavour

YCarter 2y agoThought they lacked enough flavor. Would have added more herb/spices to the recipe. But they were easy to make, and a good texture.
