Ingredients

2 lb Lean ground beef
1 tb Garlic salt
1/2 c plain bread crumbs; packaged
2 tb Dried parsley
1 lg Egg
1/2 ts Pepper
2 tb Instant minced onion

Original recipe makes 1

Preparation

Prehat oven to 400F. Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with foil. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2" balls using a heaping tablespoonful of mixture for each. Place 1/4" apart on the lined pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until browned and no longer pink in the center. Recipe by: Womans Day June 1996 Posted to EAT-L Digest 21 Feb 97 by nancee on Feb 23, 1997.

Great recipe and I luv the fact its done in the oven, to reduce fat. I must admit I did add a lot more seasoning for flavour

Thought they lacked enough flavor. Would have added more herb/spices to the recipe. But they were easy to make, and a good texture.
