Add water all at once and mix with spoon for one minute.
Cover and let rest for 1 minute
Add salt, oil, honey and lemon juice and beat for one minute with dough hook
Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time, while mixing until all flour is in.
Mix with dough hook for 10 minutes. This makes a very soft dough
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees to warm
Turn dough onto oiled counter top. Divide and shape two loaves. Place in oiled bread pans
Put bread in warm oven, Count to 5 then turn off heat. Let rise in warmed oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until bread is to top of pans
When dough reaches tops of bread pans, set oven to 350 degrees. When oven reaches this temperature bake for 30 minutes.
Then remove bread from oven and pans and cool on rack
