Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray (or use parchment paper). Roll dough out and create a 12 - 14 inch square and place on cookie sheet. Center Brie on the pastry square and top with honey/walnut/dried fruit mixture. Fold ends of the pastry over the top of the Brie, cutting off any excess pastry. Seal pastry tightly. You can use excess pastry for leaf decoration on the top.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes and serve with thinly sliced apples.
