An easy and delicious recipe for barbecued beans, a great side dish for any picnic or barbecue.
Fold together all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to an aluminum baking pan (I use a loaf pan). Place in smoker, uncovered at medium heat (225?-250?) for about 60 minutes or until heated through.
(Next time you smoke a pork butt or brisket, put some away in a freezer bag for later use in your beans).
