1. First layer
Brown together:
1 pound of lean ground beef
1/2 cup onion
Add:
32 ounces spaghetti sauce
3/4 cup water
2. Second layer
Wide lasagna noodles;
do not precook use dry
3. Third layer
In blender mix:
1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 pkg frozen spinach
Then mixed together:
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
4. Spray 9 x 12 pan
5. Layer each layer 3x
Then end with meat sauce
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
and 1 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese
7. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes
