This chicken curry is made with a simmering sauce and also by adding in some fresh ingredients. It's a work in progress as we are always adding something new.
Saute frozen veggies until thawed. Set aside. Add a couple tablespoons of oil to pan. Add chicken and saute until brown. Add veggies, chilies, and sauces. Simmer for 10-12 minutes. Serve with rice and naan.
