Suggest a better description1) Place chicken breast in a 1-1/2 qt crock pot. In a small bowl, combine soup, salsa, chilies, chili powder, and cumin; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
2) Remove chicken and place in a medium sized bowl. Using a fork, shred the chicken. Add half the sauce to the chicken & toss to coat.
3) Spoon about 1/3 cup of chicken mixture and 1 teaspoon of cheese down the center of each tortilla and roll them up. Arrange enchiladas on a serving platter. Spoon remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
