Easy chicken hot dish
1. Put Soup, Butter, Flour, and Milk into a saucepan. Heat until thick, stirring frequently.
2. Mix in rest of ingredients, except the potato chips or tater tots, and put into a greased casserole dish.
3. Cover with slightly crushed potato chips OR frozen tater tots.
4. If potato chips were used, bake at 425 degrees 15-20 minutes.
5. If tater tots were used, bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
To cook chicken:
Take 1-2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and put in saucepan with water to cover them. Heat to boiling. Boil gently (medium heat) about 15 minutes. Done when no longer pink when you cut into them.
