Simple, quick and delicious!
1. Cream butter until fluffy.
2. Sift in powdered sugar and cocoa powder into the butter.
3. Blend until mixed thoughly.
4. Add salt, vanilla extract and milk.
5. Add in optional instant coffee. 6. Mix for 2-3 minutes. Coffee flavoring helps emphasize the cocoa.
To change consistency, add more milk to smooth or more powdered sugar to stiffen.
