Simple slow cooker chili with prepared salsa as a quick ingredient packed with flavor.
1. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and onion; cook until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat.
2. Place beef mixture, tomatoes, beans, salsa, chili powder, and cumin in slow cooker; stir. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until flavor are blended and chili is bubbly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
Also great served over baked potatoes.
