Crab cake mixture from Trader Joes. Easy assembly for those busy nights.
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Butter baking pan.
3. Lie flounder fillets flat, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
4. Place a crab cake at the center of each flounder fillet.
5. Roll up flounder fillets and place on pan.
6. Sprinkle remainder salt, pepper and garlic powder on flounder rolls.
7. Bake for 30-35 mins.
Add cayenne pepper for added color and flavor.
Server with side of Trader Joe's Balsamic Butter Vegetables.
